Attitude of Gratitude: Fun With Family
This week was an extra special one in my life. My wonderful parents beat the Minnesota blizzard and headed to quirky Portland, Oregon for a fun-filled visit. I had such a blast showing them the place I have called home for the last couple years and all the amazing things Oregon has to offer.
I thought it was appropriate to encourage us all to share an attitude of gratitude...specifically about the important relationships in our lives. I am so incredibly grateful that my parents were able to come and visit and spend the weekend with my partner, Kasey, and I. Here is a look at some of our fun! I encourage you to find gratitude in your week and to tell those around you that you love and appreciate them!
From Coast to Crest:
We were able to explore everything from the Pacific coast at Cannon Beach, Oregon to the beautiful Timberline Lodge at Government Camp on Mt. Hood! Look at these gorgeous views!

A True Portland Experience
What better way to enjoy the quirky nature of Portland than to stay in a tiny house?! My parents enjoyed 3 nights in this fun little guy thanks to AirBnb. And I got some crazy awesome inspiration, too!

Overall, it was a fantastic long weekend full of family, exploration, sun, surf, mountains, and memories. I am so grateful to have these amazing people in my life and to live in such a beautiful state. What are you grateful for this week? I would love to hear in the comments below!
